Master File

A Master File is three ring binder that is designed to assist you in organizing your child's medical and educational information.  Also included in the binder is informational pamphlets about RTS.  The Special Friends Foundation would like to send this master file to you at no charge.  If you would like a master file and RTS information, please contact Michelle Farrell at mfarrell@specialfriends.org or 1-866-316-9029 or PO Box 313, Windham, NH 03087.
