RESERVATION METHOD 
We understand that reservations will be made by Individual guests will call hotel direct for reservations..  Please instruct your guests to call the HAMPTON INN WHITE MARSH reservations department at 410-931.2200 or Hampton Worldwide Reservations at 1-800 HAMPTON and refer to GROUP CODE: RTS.  In order to insure room availability and quoted rates, it is mandatory that we receive their reservations no later then 03/23/2007.  All rooms reserved must be held on a guarantee payment basis by credit card.  After 03/23/2007, any rooms not reserved will revert back to the hotel for sale on first come, first serve basis.  Any reservations received after the due date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.  Reservations confirmed, whether individual or rooming list, will be considered guaranteed as of the above cut-off date.  This guarantee is not subject to reduction and charges will be made accordingly.   Please refer to Cancellation Policy.
